Members Code of Conduct and Public Registers

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at its meeting on 8 May 2007 the Council resolved to adopt with immediate effect a replacement Code of Conduct which sets out the conduct which is expected of Councillors and Co-opted Members of the Council.

Members have completed registers of their financial and other interests as required by the Code of Conduct.

The Code of Conduct, the Register of Interests and the Register of Gifts and Hospitality can be inspected by the public at Earnley Concourse, Earnley Place, Chichester PO20 7JN between the hours of 9.00 am and 5.00 pm Mondays to Fridays excluding Bank Holidays and the Christmas and New Year period.

A copy of the Code of Conduct is also available on the Parish Council’s website at www.earnley.info.
