Annual General Meeting(2) 27th May 2009 commencing immediately after Annual Parish Meeting

• Parish Council Meeting 22nd July 2009
• Parish Council Meeting 23rd September 2009
• Parish Council Meeting 25th November 2009
• Parish Council Meeting 27th January 2010
• Parish Council Meeting 24th March 2010
• Annual Parish Meeting of Electorates(1) 26th May 2010
• Annual General Meeting(2) 26th May 2010 commencing immediately after Annual Parish Meeting

All meetings will commence at 7.00 pm at Earnley Concourse unless advertised to the contrary

The Chairman has the right to call a Council(3) or Parish Meeting(4) at any time during the year should any matters come before the Council that they feel this is necessary the Parishioners will be advised.
